Beautifully engraved coin silver mug by Gerardus Boyce of New York, Circa 1837.

Boyce was a highly successful silversmith from roughly 1820 through the 1850s, in his shop at 110 Greene St. His silver can be found in the collections of many important museums, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
